Our message is simple. Treat every life as an equal life regardless of our place of birth.
Beyond the Burgh is a charitable foundation raising awareness and funds for humanitarian efforts that save lives, alleviate suffering and maintain human dignity. We launched Beyond the Burgh in 2017 and have supported both the International Rescue Committee & Polaris Project in past events raising over $40,000. Our vision for 2019 to unite the city of Pittsburgh to raise funds and awareness in an effort fight hate in our city and around the world. This past year's events in our city showed that we must stand in solidarity against all acts of hate. Hate crimes are on the rise in 9 of the 10 largest US cities. In 2017, the US saw a 57% increase in anti-semitic incidents. We must strive for unity and safety amongst all individuals. All of our current proceeds benefit the Anti-Defamation League.
